Student E-mail service basic instructions

o    The center provides the Google Cloud Service Space for all students in the school. The student's account format is student number @gms.tcust.edu.tw and students can continue to use this mailbox after graduation.

o    The new EMAIL is automatically created by the student number when you enter the school. The password for your initial login is placed in the <New Student Comprehensive Filling> website https://sap.tcust.edu.tw/freshman/login.asp

o    This can be accessed from the Tzu Chi University Google Apps service portal http://gms.tcust.edu.tw/ .

o    If the password is forgotten, you need to bring your student ID card to the school's headquarters computer computing center to contact the center's colleagues to assist with the password change. In order to protect personal information security, you cannot accept the identity confirmation by phone or email. Change password requirements.

Google currently offers schools free of charge to use this cloud service, and space features and restrictions are subject to the company's policies.
